Build a simpler password routine

Start with the accounts you use most

Begin with your primary email and other accounts you use regularly. Add each login with a recognisable name and its website address, then confirm the saved details are correct. Keep your account password private. Do not send it to support or include it in screenshots when asking for help.

Replace reused passwords one account at a time

Open the service you want to update and use its password-change settings. Generate a unique replacement, save it in your vault, and confirm you can sign in before moving to the next account. A password manager helps you store credentials; each website still controls its own login and password-change process.

Keep your vault useful

Organise entries into vaults that make sense for your daily routine. Keep work and personal accounts easy to distinguish, update saved credentials after changing them, and remove obsolete entries when appropriate. If you get stuck, contact support with the page and steps involved, leaving passwords and other private information out of your message.
